Michael Metoyer
I formed the “agoge ie” team with the sole purpose of bringing people of all athletic backgrounds and abilities together to train for obstacle course racing. We enjoy participating in Spartan Races and other challenging activities. “agoge ie” has weekly group training and trail runs.
In addition to the “agoge ie” group, I am currently a NFHS Certified football, fitness and track & field coach at Calvary Murrieta Christian School.
